SHIPPING AND PROCESSING INFORMATION

SHIPPING DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC
Shipping is currently unstable due to COVID-19.
Current shipping times:
  • Ready to ship items are generally shipped 3-7 business days after your order has been processed. The package should be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day it is shipped, but may be delayed by an additional 25 business days.
  • Custom items are shipped 15-20 business days after your order has been processed,. The package should be delivered within 7-10 business days from the day it is shipped, but may be delayed by an additional but may be delayed by an additional 25 business days.
  • Certain items may take 5-7 weeks for delivery, please review the details of products for additional shipping information.
    No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after you place your order unless the receipt of shipment for your products exceed 25 business days.

      Please note that these times do not reflect the increased volume of shipping during the holiday season.  Some orders may be delayed due to this increased volume.  Please allow extra time.

        *Free Domestic Shipping

        Shipping and handling fees for domestic shipping are incorporated into the price of each product unless otherwise specified.

        Returned Packages

        If a package is returned to us because of the wrong address, the customer must pay to have it reshipped or a refund may be issued (minus the shipping costs).

            Shipping Damages

            Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

              Lost/Stolen Packages

              We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.
