Refund policy

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds.  All valid returns are exchanged for the exact* item. 
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or the incorrect item. All of our items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping for perfection or imperfection as listed in the item description. However, things do happen. If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us at returns@BeautifullyImperfectBeautique.com or 904-419-8117 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will need to be shipped within 7 days from the date the return label was provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
We do not refund for stolen/non-delivered items. The purchaser must make a claim through the third party delivery company.
No refunds or exchanges for digital products due to it's nature.

Clothing Returns

No exchanges or refunds will be provided on custom items due to sizing errors. Please review the sizing chart in the Self Empowerment Apparel section titled T-Shirt Sizing Chart.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SubscrCancellation Policy. 

You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.
In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at cancel@beimperfectlybeautiful.com, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the “Manage Subscription” link or “My subscription and orders” tab, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; OR (c) log into your Member Account, navigate to the Customer Concierge tab, and follow the instructions to cancel; OR (d) call us at 904-419-8117, indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions given.
There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. For Seasonal Memberships, this means that you must cancel before the billing date for the next Season. For Annual Memberships, this means that you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next annual period (in other words, prior to the next billing date after receipt of your first four Boxes). For Annual Access Memberships, this means that you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next annual period. Cancelling your Membership does not provide you a refund for Membership payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item(s) for the same or similar* item, send us an email at returns@BeautifullyImperfectBeautique.com.
 

All orders, Including Custom Orders

Custom ordered products are made to order, therefore, please keep the below time frames in mind when ordering.
All items are made to order and processing items may take 7-10 business days for completion, unless specified otherwise on the product details.
An additional 4-5 business days for shipping and handling. Please click here for more information on our Shipping and Handling Policy.
All packages are shipped Through USPS. This is a Third Party Delivery Service. Please review their website, https://www.usps.com/, for further information.
Also, note that some packages may ship separately but a tracking number will still be provided to the email address on file. Please double check that your billing, shipping, and cart information is correct. We are unable to make any changes once an order is submitted. Due to the nature of personalized/custom items, cancellation requests are not accepted. 

 

Refunds 

Refunds are rarely issued. We will only issue a refund if the package is not delivered within 24 business days via tracking number provided. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully inspect the return and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the defect. If a refund is approved, we will issue the refund in form of store credit devoid of shipping and handling costs.

*Custom made or paintings are original art not print, therefore, the item was uniquely made and cannot be duplicated. The replacement may be similar, not exact, to the original defective product.
